Cancellation Policy

We truly understand that you have a special reason for canceling the trip, and we will do our best to support you in making the process as comfortable as possible

• If you cancel the trip more than 30 days before the tour starts, we will not charge you anything and will promptly return your deposit.
• If you cancel the trip between 30 and 15 days before the tour begins, we strongly recommend rescheduling to another date. We will support you in keeping all services without any additional charges. However, if our hotel partners do not have available rooms for the new dates, we will arrange for a different hotel. If you decide not to continue your trip in Vietnam, we will check with the hotel partners and refund your payment. We will not charge you any additional fees, but if the hotel partners impose any charges, you will be responsible for them.
• If you cancel the trip between 15 and 7 days before the tour begins, we still recommend rescheduling to another date and will support you in keeping all services. However, if our hotel partners impose any charges, you will be responsible for those additional fees. If you decide not to continue your trip in Vietnam, we will check with the hotel partners and refund your payment. We will not charge you any additional fees, but if the hotel partners charge you, you will need to cover those costs.
• If you cancel the trip within 7 days of the tour’s start, we will charge you 50% of the cost for transportation and the tour guide. Our hotel partners typically charge the full price for the stay.
