First of all, we hope you have a wonderful vacation in Vietnam and are satisfied with our services. We are committed to providing exactly what you booked for your trip, including the best quality hotels, cars, tour guides, restaurants, and other services.
Of course, we want to assure you that we always strive to meet your expectations. However, as our business works with many partners, in the rare case that our services do not match what was agreed upon, we will be happy to help resolve the issue. In such cases, we will refund your money based on our policies and the services you selected in advance.
Please carefully review all the services and documents provided by our sales department before booking and during your vacation.
Here are some cases where we will offer a refund:
Hotel:
If the hotel room matches what was confirmed but does not meet your expectations, please report this to your tour guide and contact our sales department. We will try to arrange a different room or hotel that better suits your needs, though you will be responsible for any additional charges. If the room is not as originally requested, we will offer a new room or hotel of the same level at no extra cost. If we cannot provide a room of the same standard or you do not accept the change, we will refund the price of the room, and you may continue to stay in the room until your check-out.
Car:
If you are not satisfied with the driver, you have the right to request a different one. If the quality of the vehicle is unsatisfactory, we will arrange for a replacement car. After your trip, you can provide feedback on the car or driver. If we find that the service was subpar, we will assess the situation and issue a refund based on our findings.
Tour Guide:
If the tour guide does not meet your expectations, please contact our sales department. We will attempt to arrange for a new guide who better suits your needs. If we are unable to provide a different guide, we will refund you based on the extent of the issue with the guide’s performance.
